Managing Team

You can manage your organization team members from the Team page in your Partner Dashboard. Adding and inviting people to your workforce can be done directly. You can also provide access to only specific areas of the partner panel by using access controls.

Click Team to access the manage team page.

Add a new team member

To add a new team member to your Partner Dashboard use either of these two methods, follow the steps below:

First Method

  1. Select Team.
  2. Click invite.

  1. Enter the email address or mobile number of the team member you wish to invite into the provided field. You can invite multiple team members at once.
  2. Click Search.

  1. Team members fall under four categories:

    1. Unregistered: Team members not registered with Fynd Partners.
    2. Pending: Invited team members who haven't registered yet.
    3. Registered: Team members registered on Fynd Partners; add as staff with one click.
    4. Staff: Team members already added as staff.
  2. The searched team member falls under the Unregistered category. To invite them, click Send Invite. To invite all members in the Unregistered category, click Invite All.

Second Method

  1. Select Team on your Fynd Partner Dashboard.
  2. Click invite.

  1. After copying the link, share it with the individual who you wish to add as a team member.

When inviting new team members, they will have to register on Fynd Partners by entering their First and Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Password if they are not already registered. Once the invited member registers themselves using your invite link, they will be added as staff to your team.

Edit a team

You can edit a team in following two ways:

  1. Remove a staff from the team.
  2. Modify the roles and permission for a staff to access sections of the Admin Panel.

To remove an account's access

  1. Click Team.
  2. Search for the team member by name, email, or mobile number
  3. Click on the member's name to open their profile.

  1. Click the three vertical lines and select Remove.

Modify roles and permissions

  1. Click Team.

  2. Search the team member’s name whose permissions you want to edit.

  3. Click on the name to open their profile.

  4. Edit the individual’s role from the available options:

    1. Admin: User can have access to all the sections of your partner panel.
    2. Public: User will only be able to see ‘Home’ and ‘Clients’ sections.
    3. Marketing Manager: User will only be able to see ‘Home’ and ‘Clients’ sections.
    4. Developer: User can have access to the extensions and themes sections.
    5. Custom: Allows selective access to areas of your choice.
